Half-Marathon Clinic
This program is for anyone who wants to complete their first half-marathon or improve on their previous half-marathon times. This clinic can also benefit triathletes.

Winter Session – $130 for 38 organized runs
Tuesday January 6, 2026 to Thursday May 14, 2026 (19 weeks)
Thursday evenings at 6:05 PM from GoodLife Fitness downtown (King & Wellington).
Sunday mornings at 8 AM from Goodlife Fitness downtown (King & Wellington)

Around the Bay 5K, 10K, 15K and 30K, Hamilton, Ont, April 12, 2026
Georgina Spring Fling Marathon and Half Marathon, May 3, 2026

Summer Session – $130 for 38 organized runs
Tuesday June 9, 2026 to Thursday October 15, 2026 (19 weeks)
Thursday evenings at 6 PM from Gibbons Park (Grosvenor St. parking lot)
Sunday mornings at 8 AM from Gibbons Park (Grosvenor St. parking lot)
NOTE: July and Aug Sunday runs will be at 7 AM to avoid the heat.

There will be an intro session on the first night for the start of each session.
WINTER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6:10 PM, Tuesday January 6. A PDF of the training program will be emailed to you the day before the first session of your clinic.
SUMMER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6:10 PM on Tuesday June 9 at 6 PM for an easy run with your new group. A PDF of the training program will be emailed to you the day before the first session of your clinic.
