Marathon Clinic

This clinic is for anyone who wants to complete their first marathon or improve on their previous marathon times while having a good time doing it. This clinic can also benefit Ironman competitors.

NOTE: July and Aug Sunday runs will be at 7 AM to avoid the heat.

There will be an intro session on the first night for the start of each session.

WINTER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6 PM, Thursday January 5.  A PDF of the training program will be emailed to registered participants the day before the start date of each clinic.

SUMMER CLINIC: First session will be at Crabby Joes on Dundas St. just east of Wellington Road at 6 PM on Tuesday June 4 for an easy run with your new group.  A PDF of the training program will be emailed to you the day before the first session of your clinic.

What you need:

  • Training base of at least 35km per week
